In Thailand, TTCL Public Company Limited canceled the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contract dated June 28, 2023 and February 1, 2024, entered into between the company and BSGF Company Limited in connection with the Sustainable Fuel Development Project on June 13, 2025 with immediate effect and within its rights. It says this decision was made to safeguard the company’s legitimate interests and to protect the interests of its investors.
The company also intends to take any necessary legal action against relevant parties involved in the project to ensure the protection of the Company’s and its shareholders’ rights, while considering the interests of all stakeholders.
