In India, pv Magazine reported that Thermax has entered into an agreement with Norway-based HydrogenPro ASA to supply, install, commission, and provide after-sales services for alkaline electrolyser systems based on HydrogenPro’s technology.
Under the agreement, Thermax will procure electrolyser stacks from HydrogenPro and pay royalties and other fees as stipulated. The agreement also includes provisions for future upgrades, technical support, and access to HydrogenPro’s proprietary gas-liquid separator unit technology, according to the report.
With this agreement, Thermax gains exclusive rights for the Indian market to supply, install, commission, and provide after-sales services for alkaline electrolyser systems based on HydrogenPro’s technology. The arrangement is effective immediately and will support deployment in ongoing and upcoming green hydrogen projects across India, it added.
