Building on an Ernst-led amendment during the Working Families and Tax Cuts discussion, this legislation would reinstate the SAF bonus credit – allowing qualifying SAF producers to receive between $0.35 and $1.75 per gallon – and extend the 45Z Clean Fuel Production Tax Credit for all clean fuels through 2033.
