In Portugal, On March 21, RNM and bp Portugal inaugurated a logistics terminal for state-of-the-art fuels and advanced biofuels at the Port of Aveiro. Strategically located in the Center-North region of Portugal and with strong premises for the reception, storage, additives and incorporation of biofuels, this logistics and industrial infrastructure is prepared to function as a modern and flexible intermodal hub, promoting digitalization and innovation in the sector.
This new terminal expands RNM’s infrastructure capacity by 57,000 m3 and, through a service agreement signed with bp, will enable bp to receive and distribute state-of-the-art fuels, as well as biofuels.
The terminal reinforces bp’s ability to store and supply fuels in an even more competitive and reliable manner. The terminal is prepared to blend fuels and incorporate material volumes of biofuels. Its design features give it great flexibility, allowing it to respond to market needs in the short, medium and long term.
