In Thailand, Kaohoon International reported that PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited has partnered with Bangkok Airways Public Company to introduce SAF produced by a domestic manufacturer for the first time in Thailand. The SAF will be used in Bangkok Airways’ flight operations, according to the report. The SAF is supplied by PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited, the report added. This initiative also aligns with the oil firm’s broader business vision to support Thailand’s national goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2065.
