Oil, farm and biofuels industry join to call on EPA to keep fully leverage RFS

In Washington, American Petroleum Institute last week joined with fuel marketers and retailers, biofuels producers, and agriculture stakeholders in recognizing the critical role liquid fuels serve in the American economy. In a letter to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin, the organizations urged the agency to fully leverage the Renewable Fuel Standard to support the administration’s goal of U.S. energy dominance.

Other signatories on the letter included the Advanced Biofuels Association, American Farm Bureau Federation, American Soybean Association, Clean Fuels Alliance America, Growth Energy, National Association of Convenience Stores, National Oilseed Processors Association, National Association of Truck Stop Owners, SIGMA: America’s Leading Fuel Marketers, and the Renewable Fuels Association.
