KLM calls on government to invest in a national SAF fund

In the Netherlands, KLM supports the call in the Wennink report ‘The route to future prosperity’ to the government to invest in a national SAF fund. With this fund, the Netherlands can accelerate the production of alternative aviation fuels (SAF) and make it more affordable in order to stimulate the sustainability of aviation. Acceleration is only possible if government and sector join forces and the government takes a more active role. KLM is calling on policymakers to take this advice.
