Jordan, HDsolar ink MoU to develop green hydrogen production in Jordan

In the UK, Fuel Cells Works reported that Jordan Energy Ministry and HDsolar has signed an agreement with the aim of developing a green hydrogen project in the country.

The agreement sets the framework for cooperation, enabling HDsolar to conduct preliminary studies to establish a green hydrogen project with the goal of producing 400,000 tons of green ammonia annually, according to the report.

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Saleh Kharabsheh, said that after completing the company’s initial studies and in light of the results, the ministry will continue with the company until reaching the final investment agreement for the project.
