Inpasa looks to fill DDGS export gap to China left by US

In Brazil, Reuters reports Inpasa plans to quickly scale up to DDGS exports to China this year with its first shipments already under preparations. The company produces 3.3 million metric tons of DDGS, with hopes that up to 1.5 million tons will be exported to China following the first orders of 250,000 tons. With trade relationships strained between China and the US, Brazil could quickly swoop in to fill that supply gap and in turn support the growing Brazilian corn-based ethanol industry.
