In Italy, Radiocor reports FemoGas and Infranity have reached an agreement of financing in support of refinancing and construction of liquid biomethane plants with capacity total of 0.5 TWh. As a sole financier, Infranity has partnered with FemoGas to provide a loan of 145 million euros in Initiatives Biomethane, a company 100% controlled by FemoGas, with an option of increase up to an additional EUR 100 million. The biomethane generated by these plants will be available in commerce to serve road and sea transport, both national that European, helping to promote adoption sustainable energy in these areas. FemoGas has been assisted by Lazard as unico financial advisor and from Chiomenti as legal counselor. Infranity was assisted by Ashurst in the quality of legal counsel and Rina as technical advisor.
