In Indonesia, Platts reports the country has alloted a similar volume for biodiesel for 2026 as 2025 at 15.646 million kiloliters, enough to supply its B40 mandate but puts into question whether the country has the capacity to achieve the B50 mandate it has claimed will come into effect next year. The president already announced earlier this month that the country would stop importing diesel in 2026 with an eye to eliminate all fuel imports by 2030.
