In Oregon, Hylium Industries and Element 1 Corp. (e1NA), announced the signing of a strategic Assembly License Agreement which conveys intellectual property rights to Hylium to assemble and commercialize hydrogen generation products, incorporating e1NA’s patented technologies, within Korea and Asia. This agreement marks a significant milestone in the commercialization of advanced hydrogen generation and purification technologies, the firm said. Under the agreement, e1NA will provide comprehensive technology transfer to Hylium including documentation, hands-on training, and operational support. Hylium will assemble S-Series methanol hydrogen generators using core components purchased from e1NA and potentially extending the Assembly License Agreement to the L/M-Series for larger-scale applications. Dave Edlund, CEO of Element 1 Corp., said: “Our combined efforts will drive the commercialization of hydrogen technologies, providing clean and efficient energy solutions for various applications including small-scale production of liquefied hydrogen for unmanned aircraft, hydrogen refueling stations, and micro-scale electricity grids.”
