“The growing use of methanol as an eco-friendly fuel option is the main factor driving market expansion since countries like China support methanol vehicles through policies that target air pollution reduction,” the report said.
“The growth of sustainable energy solutions has sparked increased investment in “green methanol” derived from renewable biomass and captured CO2 which meets decarbonization objectives in maritime aviation and industrial fields,” it added.
