In California, Global Clean Energy Holdings, Inc. announced that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas has confirmed the Company’s Plan of Reorganization. Under the terms of the Plan, GCE will complete a comprehensive restructuring transaction that will simplify the capital structure, inject new liquidity to fund the go-forward business plan, and enable long-term growth. The Company expects to emerge from its Chapter 11 cases by mid‑August following finalization of definitive documentation.
