Global Brain invests in Twelve Benefit Corporation

In Japan, Global Brain has invested in Twelve Benefit Corporation through its TOKYU-CNST GB Innovation Fund L.P. (TCIF). Twelve is currently constructing its first commercial demonstration scale plant in the State of Washington, United States. The sustainable aviation fuel produced at this facility is already under offtake agreements with major airlines such as Alaska Airlines and International Airlines Group (IAG). Furthermore, Twelve’s synthetic fuel production process can be applied to a diverse range of products, including marine fuels, diesel, and naphtha, the latter being a feedstock for basic chemicals. “Global Brain has decided to invest in Twelve based on our high regard for its strong research and development capabilities, its exceptional execution ability, its outstanding management team, and the significant market potential of synthetic fuels” the Japanese company said.
