In the UK, SAF Investor reported that Future Energy Global announced that it has signed a multi-year offtake agreement for the environmental attributes of 15 millipon gallons of sustainable aviation fuel with US-based Montana Renewables. “Montana Renewables was the largest western SAF producer in 2024, with a proven track record of driving aviation emissions reduction today,” said Natasha Mann, CEO and co-founder of Future Energy Global. “By leveraging MRL’s production capability with Future Energy Global’s Book and Claim know-how, we’ll be able to offer the environmental benefits of this fuel to airlines and corporate customers worldwide, unlocking more demand and helping the industry to reduce its emissions faster.” The report noted that deliveries are scheduled to begin later in 2025.
