In Finland, Fortum and P2X Solutions have signed a sales agreement for green hydrogen. Under the terms of the agreement, P2X Solutions will purchase hydrogen from Fortum’s 2-MW Kalla test center and distribute it further to its customers. Fortum’s test center Kalla in Loviisa, Finland is expected to commence commercial operations in the first half of 2026. “We are excited to partner with P2X Solutions to advance green hydrogen production,” said Satu Sipola, vice president, clean hydrogen at Fortum. “While hydrogen economy in Finland is still under development, it is important to collaborate and share expertise within the developing industry. This collaboration allows efficient hydrogen delivery from Kalla test facility.”
