In Washington, Brownfield Ag News report Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol stocks continue to build on the back of slower demand, reaching 27.376 million barrels last week, as a nearly five-year high continues. Ethanol purchases from refiners continued to slip, and production dipped to six-week lows in turn at 1.062 million barrels per day. Ethanol stocks grew despite decreased production and higher exports averaging 162,000 barrels per day. Crush margins remain near break-even level.
