Ethanol production slightly higher on week

In Washington, Brownfield Ag News reports data from the Energy Information Administration shows ethanol production rose slightly on the week to an average of 1.087 million barrels per day, although the volume was 18,000 bpd lower than the same time last year. Ethanol stocks fell to a six-month low of 23.635 million barrels while exports fell by about 20% from the week prior to 94,000 bpd. Exports were about 24,000 bpd higher than the same week in 2024.
