In Washington, Brownfield Ag News reports Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol production fell to the lowest since mid-April 2024 to an average of 956,000 barrels per day due to Winter Storm Fern. Despite lower production, exports reached the third highest level ever seen at 216,000 barrels per day. The combination of lower production and higher exports saw stocks drop to 25.136 million barrels, 264,000 barrels below the week prior. With lower production, most Iowa producers saw margins increase slightly.
