Ethanol production falls to four-week low but stocks climb to 7-month high

In Washington, Brownfield Ag News report Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol production fell to a four-week low last week but remained well above 1 million barrels per day at 1.102 million. Despite lower production, stocks rose to the highest seen since mid-May at 24.148 million barrels, while remaining 223,000 below the same week last year. Ethanol export rose on the week to 155,000 barrels per day, just 2,000 barrels per day lower than in 2024.
