Ethanol production falls slightly on the week

In Washington, Brownfield Ag News reports Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol production fell slightly on the week to 1.078 million barrels, losing 7,000 bpd on average compared to the week prior, even while crush margins continued to improve. Stocks rose further to 24.444 million barrels, up 809,000 against last week’s level. Exports rose again to 108,000 barrels per day, up 14,000 bpd compared to the week before and 51,000 bpd during the same period last year.
