Enpower sells Wadham Energy to High Rock Energy

In California, Enpower Corp. closed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Wadham Energy Limited Partnership on November 21, 2025. The buyer is High Rock Energy LLC and HR Energy GP, collectively referred to as the High Rock Energy Group. The acquiring entities are members of an infrastructure fund focused on power and water projects in the western United States.

The transaction transfers ownership of a 27 MW rice husk biomass-fueled energy facility located in Colusa County, California. The facility has been in operation for more than three decades and serves both the state’s electricity market and the local rice milling industry.
