CPH2 renews contract terms for MFE220 sales
In the UK, CPH2 announced a recommitment by its existing customers, Northern Ireland Water and Fabrum Solutions Limited, with renewed contract terms for providing its 1MW Membrane-Free Electrolyzer, the MFE220 (MFE220). The separately renegotiated contract terms have reset the completion dates for three MFE220s to 2025. Northern Ireland Water has a contract for one MFE220 unit deployed to Belfast, Ireland and CPH2 will supply two MFE220 units to Fabrum Solutions Limited, located in New Zealand. The company noted that this confirmation follows the successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the MFE110 completed in September, which confirmed the first customer acceptance and validation of the company’s scaled electrolyzer technology. CPH2 has now moved to a new commerciality phase, focusing on completing the three contracted MFE220s, generating the Company’s first revenues in 2025, activating licensees to facilitate further market growth and expanding the commercial pipeline. Jon Duffy, CEO of Clean Power Hydrogen, said: “I am delighted by the recommitment of our existing customers under renewed contract terms, demonstrating a strong underlying confidence in our MFE technology. As we move into the commercialization phase, the continued interest from our customers supports our commitment to advancing the next phase of growth to deliver a robust, industry-ready commercial product for the hydrogen industry.”
