Corn harvesting kicks off in Ukraine

In Ukraine, APK Inform reported that corn harvesting has begun in Ukraine, according to operational data from the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.

The total harvested area of grain crops this year is forecasted at 4.141 million hectares, according to the report.

Overall, grain and legumes in Ukraine have been harvested from almost 6.933 million hectares (62% of the planned area), producing 28.768 million tons of grain,

As of September 5 last year, grain and legumes in Ukraine were harvested from 6.957 million hectares (63% of the planned area).
