In Brazil, MoneyTimes reported that Brazil ‘s 2024/25 soybean harvest was estimated at a record 167.87 million tons by the National Supply Company (Conab), which reised its projection by around 500,000 tons compared to last month.
According to Conab, several states are achieving record productivity of soybean, such as São Paulo, Goiás, Tocantins and Mato Grosso, while Rio Grande do Sul continues to be a negative highlight due to weather conditions.
Regarding corn, Conab also increased the forecast for Brazil’s total harvest to 124.74 million tons, compared to 122.76 million estimated in March.
