Chloroplant secures $17 million deal for 10 MW hydrogen plant in Sarawak

In India, SolarQuarter reported that Chloroplant Co., a member of the Marcon LC group, has secured a $17 million contract with H1Hydro Group, a Singapore-based clean energy investment firm, to design, construct, and operate a 10 MW green hydrogen plant in Sarawak, Malaysia. The plant, which will utilize advanced modular technology for optimized efficiency and scalability, is scheduled to commence operations in Q1 2026 (Phase 1). It will incorporate European electrolysis technology, while discussions are ongoing with Korean and Malaysian companies for hydrogen storage and transportation solutions, according to the report. Headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, with offices in London and Singapore, Chloroplant specializes in advanced process plant construction and operational management in the alternative energy and sustainable fuels sectors.
