Certa offering 80% HVO/kerosene blend for heating in Ireland

In Ireland, RTE reports Certa has begun offering HVO as heating oil in Dublin and Kildare. The 80% HVO blend with kerosene is meant to help reduce the country’s emissions from heating, which account for 10% of overall national emissions. Most heating fuel in the country is kerosene, and the company supplies 100,000 customers annually, so it hopes to be able to offer an easy way for customers to decarbonize. It is also offering HVO at the pump for vehicles.
