In Brazil, Portal do Agronegocios reported that Brazil’s soybean exports are projected to reach 107 million tons in 2025, marking an 8% increase from the 98.8 million tons exported in 2024.
The data was released by consultancy Safras & Mercado, which presented the sector’s supply and demand estimates.
This forecast represents a revision compared to the previous estimate, published in October 2024, which indicated exports of 97 million tons for 2024 and the same forecast of 107 million tons for 2025.
The report noted that Brazilian soybean production in 2025 is expected to total 175.45 million tons, an increase of 11% compared to the previous year, while total demand is projected at 165.7 million tons, representing an increase of 6%
