Brazil working to boost DDGS export possibilities as corn ethanol production soars

In Brazil, UkrAgroConsult reports the country is eyeing potential export markets for its DDGS supplies that are rapidly increasing on the back of rapid corn ethanol production expansion. China is becoming a target market following the opening of Mexico, the UK, Canada, and Vietnam. However, China doesn’t yet have a bilateral sanitary agreement but negotiations are ongoing. The country is also opening a public consultation on quality regulations for DDGS exports to help facilitate exports.
