In France, Braskem, a producer of biopolymers on an industrial scale, announced it will exhibit at Pharmapack Europe on January 21st and 22nd in Paris, France showcasing solutions for healthcare packaging.
At the booth, visitors will see see packaging samples made from the new Medcol VV7040 grade, the low-density polyethylene, that is specifically designed for blow-fill seal process and complies with pharmaceutical regulations for the healthcare market.
I’m greenTM bio-based offers a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) grade focused on the requirements of the healthcare and hygiene sector, the firm said. It supplies necessary characteristics such as flowability, high stiffness, and temperature resistance through a material made from scalable and recyclable renewable feedstock, which is a drop-in solution with a negative carbon footprint (cradle-to-gate), the firm added.
