July 13, 2025 |

In Argentina, Infocampo reported that a total of 49.9 million tons of soybeans is the official balance of the recently completed 2024/25 harvest, according to a report prepared by the National Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries .

The government’s projection, therefore, implies a 3.5% increase compared to the previous campaign, when the production was 48.2 million tons.

The Ministry of Agriculture noted that this increase in the harvest is primarily due to a larger planted area: 17.8 million hectares, 7.7% more than in the 2023/24 season.
