March 29, 2025 |

In Brazil, Compre Rural reported that the National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec) reduced its projection for Brazilian exports of soybeans, corn and wheat in March. For soybeans, the entity expects shipments of 15 million to 16.12 million tons, a slight decrease in the upper limit of the estimate compared to the previous week, which indicated volumes of up to 16.13 million tons. If the upper limit of the projection is confirmed, the volume will represent an increase of 19% compared to March 2024, when 13.55 million tons were exported.

The projection for corn exports was slightly reduced to 412,000 tons, compared to the 413,400 tons previously estimated

The estimate for wheat went from 261,700 tons to 211,300 tons, representing a decrease of 19.3% compared to the projection of the previous week, the report added.
