Advait Energy, Haryana City Gas collaborate on green hydrogen

In India, Manufacturing Today India reported that Advait Energy Transitions (AETL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Haryana City Gas Distribution to build a 2000 MTPA green hydrogen plant. The report noted that the green hydrogen plant will use 15MW alkaline-based electrolyzers and provide turnkey Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) solutions. AETL will also manage operations and maintenance for one year after commissioning the plant. This collaboration also includes consultancy services focused on assessing green hydrogen applications in industries and commercial sectors. The plant aims to explore the potential of green ammonia production and carbon credits, contributing to India’s carbon reduction goals, the report added.
