In Brazil, Noticias Agricolas reported that Brazil’s 2025 soybean crop was estimated at a record 169.6 million tons, but with a slight reduction of 0.8% in the forecast compared to the March figure, according to a monthly update from the Brazilian Association of Vegetable Oil Industries (Abiove).
Production in 2025, with the harvest almost complete, is expected to grow by around 10% compared to 2024, according to the report.
The association also estimated Brazil’s soybean processing this year at a record 57.5 million tons, with growth of 3% over the year.
