In Washington, the EPA has confirmed it will release its RFS blending targets this spring for 2014—likely similar to what has already been published—as well as 2015 and 2016. Longer-term demand issues will also be addressed at the same time, taking into consideration concerns from the oil industry that blending has reached its peak.
