ME Bio Energy revives 5 Mgy Missouri biodiesel plant

In Missouri, a biodiesel plant in Lilbourn has been re-born as ME Bio Energy LLC after lying dormant for three years. Production went into full-swing again in mid-July after the EPA approved specs from its first batch. The facility produces 5.2 Mgy of 50/50 animal fat and soybean oil blend biodiesel.
