Total to produce more jet fuel and export distillates to cut RIN bill

In Texas, Total plans to produce more jet fuel and export more distillates at its Port Arthur refinery in an attempt to reduce the additional $100 million added to its RIN bill. The company doesn’t blend ethanol itself.
