Biofuels Digest Index reaches 68.26 as chemical equities rise

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, gained 0.52 percent to 68.26 as chemical equities rose. For the day, Ceres (CERE) shed 4.46 percent to $1.50, while OriginOil (OOIL) settled back 17.14 percent to $0.29. Among other equities, Syntroleum (SYNM) tumbled 7.28 percent to $4.46. Overall, advances led declines 3 to 2 for the day.
