Saudi biofuel producer partners with Kingdom Konsult to introduce B100 in Qatar
In Saudi Arabia, Zawya news agency reports the kingdom’s The Biofuel Company (TBFCO) has signed an exclusive partnership with Qatar-based Kingdom Konsult to develop a market for 100% biodiesel (B100) in Qatar. Kingdom Konsult will lead market development, stakeholder engagement and commercial opportunities, while TBFCO will provide fuel supply, technical support and product documentation. The partners will target transport and logistics, industrial operations, construction, infrastructure, hospitality and major events, with plans to explore pilot projects and larger commercial deployments. Marine bunkering is also a potential market. TBFCO, based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, produces B100 from used cooking oil to EN 14214 standards and reports monthly production capacity of 3,000 tons.
