SIRE acquires GreenAmerica Biofuels Ord
The acquisition is a direct step in SIRE’s stated growth strategy: expanding its production base, strengthening its scale, and creating new opportunities for value-added agriculture by acquiring high-quality assets with strong operating track records, reliable feedstock supply and access to diverse markets. Upon closing, SIRE’s combined production capacity will grow to approximately 230 million gallons of ethanol per year across two plants in Iowa and Nebraska.
