Indonesia July palm oil exports rise 15.4% annually, decline in first seven months
In Malaysia, The Edge Malaysia reported that Indonesia exported 2.23 million metric tons of palm oil in July, up 15.44% on a yearly basis, but exports in the first seven months of this year declined annually, according to the country’s statistics bureau data.
Indonesia, the world’s biggest palm oil exporter, shipped 13.51 million tons of crude and refined palm oil in the January to July period, down 0.97% from the same period a year earlier.
The seven month shipments were valued at $14.79 billion, up 5.49% from 2025, according to the report.
