Argentine senate exploring E15 mandate
In Argentina, Agroempresario reports the Senate is proposing to raise the 12% to 15% mandatory bioethanol blend in fossil fuels, although some senators would like to see it as high as 18%, with the aim of expanding production, attracting investment and generating greater activity in regional economies.
For the producing provinces, the increase in cutting represents an opportunity to expand the installed capacity of ingenuities and distilleries, generate employment and add value to the production of sugar cane and corn.
