DS Dansuk launches new company to speed up SAF facility
In South Korea, DS Dansuk will establish a new corporation, DS Orbion, and speed up the construction of the SAF plant, which is a key task in the 2030 vision. 2020 days said. The Korean government designated SAF production technology as a national strategic technology and fostered it. In November 2024, the company completed the SAF pre-treatment raw material production facility at Pyeongtaek 1 factory, and entered the SAF market. It will continue to diversify its raw material supply chain by 2030. Aiming to produce SAF with an annual scale of 30 million tons, they aim to make raw materials competitive.
