Apex ADY is the most advanced active dry yeast in the market, increasing ethanol yield and reducing urea additions without sacrificing robustness to common production stressors, such as high temperature and organic acids. Innova\u00ae Apex ADY provides ethanol producers with the choice of a dry yeast format after the successful launch of Innova\u00ae Apex cream yeast last year.<\/p>\n<p>Innova\u00ae Apex ADY, the industry\u2019s most robust, high yielding active dry yeast, helps producers achieve their best performance, delivering up to 2% more ethanol than leading advanced dry yeasts in the market.
