In the Ukraine, Landkom International announced an agreement with Sunfuel Ukraine regarding the production of a new, non-edible oil seed, Isis, for biodiesel production. The companies said that they have tested Isis in conjunction with leading universities and fuel companies and said that they would commence commercialization of the new seed. Landkom will provide feedstock, and Sunfuel will construct a biodiesel processing plant on the Landkom property in Dobrosyn.
