In Maryland, Syndication Inc. announced that its subsidiary Pinnacle Energy has signed a Territory and Purchase Agreement with Methes Energies Canada, producer of the Denami 600 continuous flow biodiesel processor systems. The agreement calls for the purchase of multiple ‘Denami 600′ units and excludes Methes from soliciting any engagements in the Counties of Williamsburg and Berkeley in the State of South Carolina.
