Biofuels Digest Index slips 0.68 percent to 48.21 on ethanol, algae fall

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, fell 0.68 percent to 48.21 on ethanol and algae retreats.  Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 0.38 percent to $26.18, while Cosan (CZZ) fell 17.65 percent to $3.50.  Among small caps, PetroAlgae (PALG.OB) fell a dizzying 47 percent to $2.65.  Overall, advances and declines were even for the day.
