In Colorado, Biofuel Energy reported losses of $12.3 million for the fourth quarter and $84.1 million for 2008, on revenues of $89.0 million for the quarter and $179.9 million for the year. The company cited tough ethanol trading conditions for the loss, and did not give a sign of a fast turnaround in 2009.
