Pacific Ethanol shuts down production at 60 Mgy corn ethanol plant in Idaho

In Idaho, Pacific Ethanol announced that it will temporarily shut down production at its $120 million, 60 Mgy corn ethanol plant in Burley, citing economic conditions. Local officials in Burley said they have not been given a time horizon for the restart of the plant.
